I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the state of Oregon. In my work as a Registered Nurse for more than a decade, at both inpatient and outpatient mental health care settings, I have gained an intuitive approach and a clinical understanding of individuals within diverse communities and a variety of backgrounds. I provide brief therapy of multiple modalities. Together we will create goals, find effective coping skills and work towards solutions.

Adult Intake/evaluation, 60-90 min: $400
Child Intake/evaluation, 60-90 min: Two Part Intake - $350 Part 1 and $400 Part 2
25 min follow up: $240
45 min follow up: $325

Late Cancellation/No Show (Intake): $200
Late Cancellation/No Show (30 min follow up): $150
Late Cancellation/No Show (60 min follow up): $300

Cash Rate for Non-covered Services (letters, etc.): $360/hr billed in 10min increments
