We are a small, independently owned and operated mental health clinic located in the heart of the Hollywood District. Our Independent Practitioners provide child, adolescent and adult mental health and psychiatry services within a collaborative framework.

I love working with people to not just suppress symptoms, but to explore their individual goals of wellness. I believe that most wellness journeys are supported through providing a safe space, active listening, exploring mindfulness practices, nutrition and activity practices and consideration of medications for mental health.

As an L.M.F.T. I have been working with adults, adolescents and families over the past 11 years, in both private practice and community mental health settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness based practices in my work with clients. I am a hopeful collaborative therapist who is focused on guiding my clients to achieve positive change in their lives.
