We are located in the Hollywood Square building on the corner of NE 44th and NE Hancock. We are directly across from the Grocery Outlet. There is a parking lot on the south end of the building which you access off of NE 44th Ave. There is also ample non-metered street parking.
Enter the building off of NE 44th Ave. We are located on the second floor. Please check in with reception when you arrive.
The main building remains unlocked Monday -Friday from 8am - 5 pm, with the exception of federal holidays. If you have an appointment scheduled outside of those hours or on a holiday, please contact your provider for building access instructions.
