What is the MYIO Patient Portal?

  • View your upcoming appointments

  • Update your demographic, insurance, or credit card information.

  • View your account balance, billing statements and pay your bill.

  • Message your provider*

  • Attend telehealth appointments

    *Not all providers use the portal messaging system. Please check in with your provider or the front desk if you are unsure of how to reach your provider.

If you are logging in for the first time you will need to create an account using an invitation access code. You will receive an email titled “Hollywood Mental Health inviting you to set up your MYIO account” from email address no-reply@valant.io.  Your portal invitation code will expire within 7 days so make sure to register your account as soon as possible.

Supported Devices and Operating Systems:

Mobile devices must be able to update to the latest iOS or Android operating system.
Supported Browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox. MYIO is not enabled with Safari. Please note older operating systems do not allow updated apps to perform as desired.

Timeout Cautions:

MYIO Mobile App: 5-minute idle timeout
MYIO Browser: 60-minute idle timeout
