Approach & About

My objective as a PMHNP is to hold healing space and join with you in your path of wellness. In addition to just working with medication, we will explore other elements of wellness including diet, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and social outlets. Using these cornerstones we will create an environment of wellness and build self awareness while developing coping strategies.

I work with mood disorders, anxiety, panic, trauma, LGBTQI issues, and body positivity.

Intake/evaluation, 60-90 min: $435-635
Follow up: 30-60 min $195-465

Late Cancellation/No Show (Intake): $200
Late Cancellation/No Show (30 min follow up): $150
Late Cancellation/No Show (60 min follow up): $300
