As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am committed to providing holistic care by integrating my skills in interpersonal connection to first listen to you and what you are hoping for in your path to higher levels of wellness in your community and world. I lean heavily on exploring your inner strengths that may be further strengthened and built upon. Tools used include supporting increased mindfulness practices, movement and nutritional practices, referral to specific psychotherapy, and considering medication management that may feel right to you. I strive to cultivate a therapeutic relationship built on active listening and co-creating wellness to not just suppress symptoms, but to support you on a path towards healing and achieving your ultimate desired level of wellness.

Intake/evaluation, 60-90 min: $435-635
Follow up: 30-60 min $195-465

Late Cancellation/No Show (Intake): $200
Late Cancellation/No Show (30 min follow up): $150
Late Cancellation/No Show (60 min follow up): $300

Cash Rate for Non-covered Services (letters, etc.): $360/hr, billed in 10mins increments
