I believe all people strive for meaning, autonomy and relationship. I aim to help clients identify what motivates them, what they want and need, and improve their capacity for being present with their experience. I am honored to be a part of my clients' self-discovery and growth process.

Whether you’re struggling with depression or anxiety, are concerned about your life choices, or have difficulty finding joy, therapy can be a valuable tool towards self-discovery and positive change. My goal is to create a safe space in which you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I view the quality of the relationships I have with clients as crucial towards progress. I also aim to provide honest feedback to encourage exploration of painful emotions and memories which may have been obscured or hidden from awareness. I believe good therapy is a mixture of empathy, support, encouragement, and drive towards honest self-discovery. While I believe in the power of therapy, I try to not take myself too seriously and work to cultivate a sense of humility and fun about life in general.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oregon. I have completed post-licensure training in EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples. I am also a licensed substance abuse counselor (CADC-I). I have a wide-range of experience working in crisis centers, addictions treatment, family therapy, and outpatient settings. I have a strong interest in working with clients who struggle with self-criticism and/or low self-worth.

Self Pay Rates

Intake: $200 (60-90min)
Therapy sessions: $200 for 60 minutes
Late Cancellations & No Shows: $150

$30 discount offered for payment at time of service for cash paying clients.
