Dylan Ross Kennedy Psychiatrist

Dylan Ross-Kennedy, PMHNP

I am a board‑certified Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) with roots in teaching and direct patient care. Guided by compassion and insights gained in both the classroom and the clinic, I provide evidence‑based medication management and supportive care for children and adults.

Throughout our work together, we may integrate medication, supportive psychotherapy, and practical wellness strategies tailored to your goals and day‑to‑day challenges. Whether you are experiencing acute distress or managing a chronic condition, our aim is to relieve symptoms, foster resilience, and help you thrive. Your lived experience guides the process; my role is to shape it into a clear, personalized treatment plan and adjust that plan as your needs evolve, empowering you to meet life’s challenges with renewed strength.

Nicholas Walker Keen, LPC, ATR-P

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Provisionally Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) who offers individual and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I believe change stems from awareness, and that we are fundamentally compelled towards positive change when provided effective tools for self-exploration in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I try not to take myself too seriously while remaining grounded in the very real challenges we experience day-to-day, whereby I strive to be open and available as a collaborator towards your self-actualization.

Stephanie Thompson-McCollough, LPC

As a licensed professional counselor, I enjoy working with a variety of diverse clients. I believe that the client is the expert of their own lives and my goal as a provider to is empower clients to learn skills to get closer to their own goals. I believe that the strongest engine of change is the rapport between client and clinician and I work diligently to foster space for us to work collaboratively.

I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling and am an LPC in the state of Oregon. In my 13+ years of experience, I have worked in a variety of settings with a variety of presenting concerns and a diverse group of clients. I am specifically trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), collaborative problem solving (CPS), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I look forward to working together.
